One Step Closer Foundation | Founded 2007

One Step Closer Foundation will go about accomplishing its mission by focusing on three principle areas. One area is to help promote a national awareness, recognition and acceptance of persons with cerebral palsy. The second area is to financially assist those who have or are taking care of individuals that have been medically diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and are financially unable to handle all of the considerable costs associated with this disease. On a case by case basis, OSCF will offer financial support to those in need of medical equipment, therapy, rehabilitation and or other costs related to Cerebral Palsy. The third area is to support research to find ways to alleviate, as much as possible, the effects and burdens brought on by CP with the ultimate goal of finding a cure for the disease.

Charity Overview
Founded in 2007, The One Step Closer Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization whose main goal is to ease, as much as possible, the lives of those who suffer from Cerebral Palsy.

Pancreatic Cancer Action Network | Founded 1999

Pancreatic Cancer Action Network grew out of desperate search for answers after three loved ones were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and their families realized that no one, not even their doctors, knew much about this difficult, and at the time, relatively unknown disease. As a result of their losses, Paula Kim, Terry Lierman and Pamela Acosta Marquardt formed the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in 1999.

Today, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network has a full staff, and a growing community of volunteers from across the country, who are committed and empowered individuals, working hard each day to change the course of history for pancreatic cancer. As the only national organization working to advance research, support patients and create hope we are grateful for the years of continued and generous support from our donors, volunteers, advocates, patients, healthcare professionals and scientists.
